What we collect
Operator account details (name, email, auth provider), billing identifiers via Stripe, and community member data you upload (names, emails, join dates, tiers, activity points, and derived risk scores).
How we use it
To authenticate you, score members, send weekly digests and product emails to you (the operator/admin), process payments, and improve reliability. We do not sell member lists. We never email, DM, or otherwise contact your community members.
Processors
Typical vendors: hosting, Auth.js/Google OAuth, Stripe, Resend, and job runners (Inngest). Data stays in your workspace tenant.
Retention & deletion
On request or after cancelation windows described in the product spec, we delete member activity, scores, digest HTML, and uploads; we may keep anonymized billing records as required.
